Refunds & Returns Policy

We want every purchase from Wisdom Bee to feel fair and worry-free. This page explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Physical books
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Just email contact@wisdombee.org within 7 days of receiving your package, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
2. Change of mind
Because books are easily affected by handling and packaging, we can’t accept returns for change of mind once the order has shipped. Please double-check your title and delivery details before confirming your purchase.
3. Refund timeline
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
4. Digital products
All digital downloads are final once delivered. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us and we’ll provide a working copy or alternative solution right away.
5. Return shipping
If a return is required, we’ll share the return address and instructions via email. Return shipping costs are covered by Wisdom Bee in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
