At Wisdom Bee, we take care to ensure every order, physical or digital, reaches you smoothly and on time. This page outlines how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods or new releases, it may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Delivery within Pakistan

We currently ship physical books across Pakistan through trusted courier services. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city or region.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. International shipping

International shipping isn’t active yet, but we’re working toward it. You can still contact us at contact@wisdombee.org if you’d like to request a special delivery option.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the site.

5. Lost or delayed packages

If your package is delayed or doesn’t arrive within the expected window, let us know. We’ll work with the courier to track it down or arrange a replacement where possible.

6. Digital products

For digital books (once available), delivery happens instantly via your My Account page and a confirmation email link. If you experience issues accessing downloads, reach us at contact@wisdombee.org.
